Signature Trauma-Informed Breathwork Journey
Sessions are 2.5-3 hours in length and can be undertaken at our breathwork studio in the Blue Mountains or at a location of your choosing in Sydney and surrounding areas. Online sessions are available via Zoom for those who are out of area.
All participants must complete a questionnaire and waiver before booking in preferred dates.

Sessions must be completed within a 3-month period. Undertaking a series of sessions allows us to go deeper into the work and is recommended especially for those who have not experienced breathwork before. We can build upon your intentions to support you through profound shifts in your life.
